FAQs

1. What exactly do you help with?

We provide personalized guidance through the track & field recruiting process—helping you understand your athlete’s level, identify the right schools, and take the right next steps with a clear plan.

2. Do you guarantee scholarships or placement?

No. Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including performance, academics, and coaching decisions. Our goal is to give you the best possible strategy and clarity moving forward.

3. How do you determine what level my athlete can compete at?

We evaluate current performance marks, progression, academics, and recruiting timelines to give an honest, realistic assessment of where your athlete fits (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, etc.).

4. When should we start the recruiting process?

Most athletes should begin learning about recruiting in their sophomore or junior year, but it’s never too late to get organized and take the right steps.

5. What happens during a consultation?

We review your athlete’s profile, provide an honest evaluation, walk through the recruiting process, and give you a clear action plan tailored to your situation.

6. Will you contact college coaches for us?

No. We guide you on how to communicate effectively with coaches, but all outreach is done by the athlete and family.

7. Do you help with creating recruiting profiles or websites?

Yes. We can guide you in building a simple, effective athlete profile that includes key stats, results, and video—making it easy for coaches to evaluate you.

8. What if we’ve already started the process?

That’s perfectly fine. We can step in at any stage—whether you’re just getting started or already communicating with coaches—and help refine your strategy.

9. Is this only for elite athletes?

No. We work with athletes at a variety of levels. Our focus is helping each athlete find the right fit, not just the highest level.

10. How is this different from information I can find online?

There’s a lot of general information available, but we provide personalized guidance based on your athlete’s specific performance, goals, and situation—so you know exactly what to do next.
